During the fair, Ms. Liu Shuang, Deputy General Manager of Dangsheng, delivered an in-depth analysis of the core pain points in the current protective suit market, and officially launched Dangsheng's new protective suit fabric R1030 and the differentiated "Colored Series". With innovative technologies, we are reshaping the future of the industry. The core highlight of this product lies in the adoption of a new generation of flash spinning technology independently developed by Dangsheng, which significantly improves the uniformity and performance of the product. By optimizing the distribution and arrangement of material fibers, the product weight is greatly reduced while meeting the same protection requirements,achieving a perfect balance between protection and comfort. Superior Performance At the conference, Ms. Liu showcased the comprehensive performance advantages of R1030 with substantial experimental and comparative test data. For instance, compared with the previous generation product, the weight of R1030 has been reduced by approximately 33%. In terms of comfort, R1030 has achieved significant improvements in softness, thermal resistance, moisture resistance and air permeability. In terms of protective performance, R1030 provides more stable barrier effect and can effectively resist the invasion of external microorganisms. Identification colors offer enhanced safety and protection. < Along with the launch of R1030, Dangsheng also introduced a differentiated new product – the Colored Series protective suits. The biggest highlight of this series lies in its innovative color design and functional positioning. Different from the traditional single white, blue and gray tones of protective suits, the Colored Series adopts bright color combinations such as fluorescent green, bright orange and dark blue, which not only enhance the visual appeal of the products, but also endow personal protective equipment with more functionality and practicality. The design of the Colored Series is inspired by in-depth insights into user needs. For example, in construction sites and traffic construction scenarios, bright-colored protective suits can significantly improve the wearer’s visibility and reduce accident risks.
