On September 3, the 18th China International Nonwovens Technical Textiles Exhibition (CINTE25) was grandly held at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre. At this industry event, our company successfully held the launch event of the world's      first in-situ dyed flash nonwoven fabric, attracting extensive attention from the industry.

Sun Ruizhe, President of China National Textile and Apparel Council, Du Yuzhou, Former President, Vice Presidents Xu Yingxin, Li Lingshen, Yang Zhaohua, Yan Yan, Liang Pengcheng and other leaders, Professor Zhu Meifang from Donghua University, Li Guimei, President of China Nonwovens & Technical Textiles Association, and Sabine Scharrer, representative of Messe Frankfurt, as well as other authoritative experts and leaders in the industry attended the event to witness the launch of this innovative achievement.

Flash-spun nonwoven technology has long been monopolized by foreign enterprises and remained almost stagnant over the past five to six decades. With the original aspiration of promoting industrial progress, the company initiated research on flash spinning in 2010. After years of technical breakthroughs, we successfully achieved commercial mass production in 2019, taking the lead in breaking the foreign technological monopoly.

Today, we once again lead industrial innovation by launching the world's first in-situ dyed flash-spun nonwoven fabric, marking a historic leap for China from follower to leader in this field.

Our technical team has successfully developed a revolutionary in-situ dyeing technology through dedicated research and development: embedding color molecules directly into virgin fibers to achieve molecular-level coloring. This breakthrough technology effectively avoids damage to fibers and pores, ensuring the integrity of material performance.

Empirical test data confirms that Dawnsens^® Color has achieved remarkable improvements across critical indicators such as microbial barrier efficacy, breathability, and rub fastness, outperforming imported products in comprehensive performance.

Medical packaging field：The coloring property of Dawnsens^® Color enables visual identification of material defects, providing a "visualized" solution for medical safety management.

Personal protection scenarios：In applications such as chemical protection, hazardous waste disposal and cleanroom protection, different colors can be used to distinguish risk levels, greatly improving operational standardization and management efficiency.
