Dawnsens® Type M medical packaging sheet is a 100% high-density polyethylene flash-pressed single material. With this certification, its 100% recyclability has been further fully verified, laying a foundation for the subsequent recycling and reuse of terminal sterilization medical packaging and aseptic transfer packaging in the pharmaceutical industry.
In the medical packaging industry, Dawnsens® material features a unique continuous filament structure that provides exceptional mechanical strength, excellent sterile barrier properties and outstanding aging resistance. It is compatible with various sterilization methods and offers irreplaceable advantages in the application of terminal sterilization packaging for medical devices.

In 2023, as the leading unit, Dawnsens was shortlisted in the first batch of the "Revealing the List and Taking Command" program for biomedical materials by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the National Medical Products Administration.

The TÜV mark is a safety certification mark specially designed for component products by German TÜV, and is widely recognized in Germany and Europe.
Prior to this testing and certification, the medical team of Dawnsens New Materials held multiple discussions with engineers from TÜV Rheinland to determine the certification standards for the recyclability certification program of Dawnsens products. After a series of tests and certifications, the two parties finally agreed to carry out the product packaging recyclability certification, which is based on Clause 21.3 of the German packaging regulation DIN EN ISO 14021:2021-10, Code of Practice for the Implementation of Product Packaging Recyclability Certification.
